Everything on this site is free. The book is for people who want the long version: how the method came about, why the sodium-potassium balance sits at the centre of it, and what two decades of running it actually looks like.

What is in it that is not here

The site gives you the method. The protocol page holds nothing back, and the shopping list is complete.

What a web page is a poor place for is the reasoning. Why fourteen days rather than seven or thirty. Why creatine survived the cut when everything else went. What the first week actually feels like from the inside, told properly rather than in three bullet points. Where the whole thing started, which was Italy, and what changed after Rio.

Roughly three hundred pages of that.

Available in three languages

English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese. The Portuguese edition was translated in full and reviewed by a native speaker and by a Brazilian personal trainer, because gym and nutrition terminology does not survive a general translation intact.

Why the site is free

A reference site and a book do different jobs. You look something up here and you read a book through. The database will tell you the potassium in a papaya in three seconds, which no book can do, and it will never explain why any of it matters the way three hundred pages can.

If the free material is all you want, take it. Nothing is held back.
